Valid Consent to Operate: Proof of consent granted under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981, indicating compliance with environmental regulations.
Authorization under E-waste (Management) Rules, 2016: Valid authorization as per the prescribed e-waste management rules.
Insurance Coverage: A policy ensuring protection against health and environmental risks during the transportation of e-waste.
Acknowledgement Receipt: A confirmation from the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or Pollution Control Committee (PCC), acknowledging receipt of the export application.
Agreement Copy: A copy of the agreement between the exporter and importer, specifying the terms of the e-waste transaction.
Previous Permission (if applicable): A copy of the latest permission granted by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for the export of e-waste (if relevant).
